I had an appointment with Dr Merritt. He was absolutely amazing. I got checked in, his nurse came asked some questions (by the way she was super sweet) she brought me right to Xray then I went back to the room. Dr Merritt came in asked a bunch more questions. He was so caring and got to the bottom of my issues in 1 visit. I thought I would have to come back several times but no! I walked in in so much pain and walked out like i got a new pair of hips!!!!!!! I can’t thank Dr enough and I appreciate the staff so much for being so caring and helpful. I called my mom right away and let her know I found a fantastic Dr who actually cares. She will be on the phone tomorrow making an appointment. From the front desk to Dr I give a million stars

We saw Dr. Butler today for my husband's knee pain. He was completely dismissive. He looked at the imaging and said nothing is wrong with you. He said he doesn't know what's wrong with my husband's knee but it's nothing that Ortho can fix. He jerked my husband's leg around with NO consideration of the pain he caused my husband's knee. He acted like I was in the wrong when I spoke up and said " you are hurting him". Dr. Butler did not listen to our concerns, he decided there was nothing wrong from images alone before even speaking to us. He had no suggestions to help my husband's knee to heal. Dr. Butler was rude to us, unprofessional, and dismissive. I would not recommend him to anyone.

I was seen by Dr. Evans, dealing with a Workmen’s Comp. case through Sams Club. and when I initially went in I was missed diagnosed and sent back to work full duty lo and behold after getting a MRI done in Charleston I have a tear in my rotator cuff and injuries on the left side of my body as well. All Dr. Evans could say to me was their attorneys don’t wanna pay for anything and you’re attorneys want things for free I can’t do services that are not ordered, who’s going to pay for them I was the injured party in this situation and all he was worried about was money and who was paying the bill. I would never ever recommend this establishment to anyone.

My experience at OrthoSC was really great!! From the time I checked in till the time I checked out was exceptional! All staff were very personable making me feel quite comfortable! I felt so at ease with Dr. Butler and his assistant, Sylvia. I have all my faith in his care and told him it was worth the drive. I appreciate that he has an approach of doing what is best for me and exploring all options!! I just can’t say enough about the great experience ! There is no doubt that I will refer friends and family to the practice!!

Posting on my mother’s behalf. For a year she was struggling with back pain and dizziness, and through Dr. Mills they discovered she had a pinched nerve. She got the proper injections in her back and neck and she’s back to her old self again! So thankful she finally got to the bottom of it! It has done wonders for her quality of life. She can go back to doing the things she loves like gardening and taking care of her pets. The front staff is also very kind and professional. Highly recommend all around.

Absolutely love Dr.Feathers and his assistant Kelly. I have been in this office over twenty five times and every time they're extremely efficient. No waiting! Do yourself a favor and fill out all your information online so you'll be set when you get there.

Called into the office 5 minutes before scheduled time. Dr Butler came into exam room right on time. He listened and responded to me. Asked questions and most importantly listened to my answers. Highly recommend this caring physician.

WATCH OUT FOR EXTRA CHARGES!!!! My mother has been going here and I have been taking care of her, so I see what she does and what care she takes at this place! Well they always over charge her and bill her insurance also and claim she got something she got done that she never did and charge her for it! These people are thieves and we are calling her insurance company and making a report about them! SO BEWARE OF THEM AND CHECK YOUR BILLS CAREFULLY!
